Service desk for registered customers, annual payment for your subscription and new privacy notices. These are just a few of the recent changes to PunchCommerce over the past few weeks. In this article, we explain how you and your customers can benefit from these new functions.
PunchCommerce continues to grow a little every week, helping you generate a PunchOut catalog in minutes. In autumn we were again able to complete new functions and features that will make work easier for you and your customers. We would like to introduce them to you below.
Service Desk for registered customers
As a registered customer, you can now use our service desk. With the help of our ticket system, you can report existing problems or errors directly to us. Thanks to a clear display, you can see the current status, the last change and the current editor during processing. This gives you a clear overview of your current tickets, as well as tickets that have already been closed.
In the first step, choose whether you want to report a support request or an error to us.
With our service desk you have an overview of your current tickets that we are working on.
Within the tickets you can see the error description and the time course of the individual processing steps, which means we can offer you comprehensive transparency.
Changes in data protection
There was another innovation in data protection. From now on, customers are obliged to provide information about the person responsible for data protection. It is best to note our updated data protection information. You can view and change the data protection settings in the menu under Profile>Privacy.
Order data processing can also be completed immediately via your profile. You can find this under Menu>Profile>Privacy. This allows us and you to get started directly in compliance with the GDPR.
You can now process order data directly in PunchCommerce.
Annual payment
We have changed our payment methods so that we can offer you a variety of payment models. You can now switch your subscription to annual payment. You can easily change it in the Profile>Billing area. However, please note that you cannot switch back from the annual payment to the monthly payment.
Change your payment interval independently within PunchCommerce.
PunchCommerce Enterprise
And finally: PunchCommerce Enterprise. With this release, you can get even more out of PunchCommerce. This not only includes operation on a separate infrastructure, but also secure hosting in Germany, the possibility of procedural and individual adjustments and a dedicated infrastructure.
