As of today, PunchCommerce can be used as a transparent OCI gateway for your e-commerce platform.

The new "OCI 4.0 / 5.0 PunchOut Gateway" mode enables PunchOut in your e-commerce infrastructure without having to deal with the details of the OCI protocol. Of course you can also use our functions such as the field mapping tool in OCI mode.

**How does the transparent PunchOut work?**

Your customers authenticate themselves against our platform and are automatically forwarded to your online shop after processing the OCI call. When forwarding, we give you a session ID and a customer ID that you can process as you wish.

After your customer has put together a shopping cart, you direct him back to our platform together with his cart and the session identifier. We validate the shopping cart and send it to the calling ERP system.

**How can I best connect my system?**

We provide a composer bundle for your PHP developers that abstracts the process as much as possible and makes the connection quick and easy to implement. In addition, our plugins for Shopware 5 and 6 will be expanded accordingly.
