Your advantages with PunchCommerce-Enterprise
We not only guarantee you secure hosting in Germany, but also enable you to operate on a separate infrastructure with PunchCommerce-Enterprise. You also have the option of using your own domain including an SSL certificate provided by us. Another advantage is the two-factor authentication, which protects access from third parties. So that your customers can work quickly with PunchCommerce and the shop catalog provided, we create individual access instructions for each of your customers.
Easy to use
Thanks to an integrated OAuth 2.0 authentication against your existing infrastructure (e.g. Okta), your customers can easily log in with existing access data. Creating and remembering an additional password and user name is no longer necessary for your customers.
Another advantage are the procedural adjustments that you can have made to our PunchOut modules. This includes its own authentication system and new PunchOut protocols. The desired adjustments are free of charge for you as an Enterprise customer.
Extended support
With PunchCommerce Enterprise you benefit from free all-round support via telephone, e-mail or ticket system. We guarantee to respond within 8 hours. Only after you have used 24 hours of support per month will the hourly rate be €130.
Clear pricing model
The basic fee for PunchCommerce-Enterprise is €995 per month with a minimum purchase of 40 licenses. You pay €44.10 per customer per month. You can pay monthly, annually or by individual agreement.
